I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Sociology at Indiana University. My areas of interest include comparative political economy, globalization, development, social stratification, and gender. My research examines how globalization and political economy shape inequality and social attitudes/behavior. I primarily use quantitative-comparative methods and most of my work is cross-national in scope. For more information about my research, please view my CV or research page.
In addition to research, I teach statistics and quantitative methods, as well as introductory sociology at Indiana University.
I hold master's degrees in Applied Statistics and Sociology from Indiana University. Prior to attending IU, I obtained a BS in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
